There will be forums to provide opportunities for discussions regarding the readings and the results of the evaluations of the online experiences. The synchronous portion of the class will allow for guest speakers regarding personal experiences of congregational, ministerial, and personal formation in light of the ongoing pandemic.
In addition to the academic portion of the course that focuses on Church teachings, evaluations, and research on the importance of congregational and ministerial formation and how to do this effectively, there will be emphasis placed on the importance of personal, ongoing formation and self-care for the minister.
