This Lent, the Integrity of Creation Council encourages all of us to ‘refuse’ to be part of the ‘throwaway culture’ by using and re-using washable fabrics rather than disposable plastic and paper products, and at the same time, add beauty to your home!
During the 2019 Season of Creation (September 1 to October 4), the Integrity of Creation Council began selling handmade reusable cloth napkins to encourage community members to care for God’s creation by reducing paper waste while dining. The cloth napkins were such a success that we are now offering also offering handmade tablecloths and runners!
The Integrity of Creation Council (ICC) is pleased to offer handmade tablecloths, runners, and napkins for sale. Stop by Sister Linda Gibler’s office in the Benson Theological Center at Oblate School of Theology to select from a rainbow of African cloth and custom order your table linens. Since all of the fabric was donated, our costs can remain low. Napkins are $2 each. Runners begin at $25, and tablecloths at $40.
