This state of the art, multipurpose facility is easily accessible to downtown and to the San Antonio International Airport; making it an ideal location for conferences, business meetings, seminars, galas, special fund raising events, retreats and wedding receptions.
The Louise Rumely Whitley Hall (WTC) – seats up to 400 guest in an auditorium style setting or seating up to 360 using round tables. The WTC can be configured as three separate meeting rooms or one large conference space. The WTC also features a cold kitchen for catering.
Conference Area, Classrooms and Seminar rooms are Wi-Fi accessible and AV equipment is available upon request at no additional charge.
