Application Process

Applications for the Ministry to Ministers Sabbatical Program are received year round. Completed applications are reviewed on a first come first served basis. Notification of acceptance or waiting list status will be communicated to the applicant two to four weeks after the completed application is received.

Fees & Expenses

Tuition includes all presentations, workshops, audited classes, Spiritual Direction, gym membership, wellness consultant and other features of the program. Room and Board includes meals and snacks and socials, along with bed linens, towels and laundry supplies.

There is a $50.00 non-refundable application processing fee. Upon acceptance a $500 deposit (applied to tuition) confirms the participant’s place in the program. All fees, payable in U.S. Dollars, are due upon acceptance into the program. Those from outside the United States must pay transaction fees which are sometimes exacted by the bank, even when foreign payments are made in U.S. Dollars. Fees may be adjusted at the beginning of any fiscal year, July 1.

All payment checks, money orders, bank drafts, etc. should be made out to: Oblate School of Theology.

International Students

F-1 STATUS-International students attending Ministry to Ministers Sabbatical Program are required to have non-immigrant full-time student status (F-1), unless there has been a prior arrangement made with the Designated School Official (DSO) of Oblate School of Theology.

HEALTH INSURANCE-All sabbaticants are required to have medical insurance coverage.
